Registration open for Loaf N' Jug Shootout

PUEBLO - Loaf ‘N Jug and the Colorado State University-Pueblo Department of Athletics are proud to announce the dates of the 5th annual Loaf ‘N Jug Youth Shootout. 

The Loaf ‘N Jug Youth Shootout is a free shooting contest for boys and girls in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.  All participants receive a free official Loaf ‘N Jug Youth Shootout draw string back pack, a free fountain drink and a free ticket to CSU-Pueblo's Jan. 31 basketball games.

The preliminary round of the Loaf ‘N Jug Youth Shootout is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24, in Massari Arena on the CSU-Pueblo campus.  Registration starts at 2:30 p.m. with the contest beginning at 3 p.m.

Participants will have 45 seconds to amass as many points as possible from six different spots on the court.  The top four point totals in each grade and each gender will qualify for the finals that will take place during halftime of CSU-Pueblo's basketball games on Jan. 31.
