What I learned from being a student-athlete: Being a first year program that year no one expected us to do much. Except our coaches and ourselves. A lot like what the football program will go through this year. Lets hope they share the same success and put CSU-Pueblo on the map. Sports prepares you for the ups and downs in life and gives you a bond that you share with those that go through that too. Some if not all of my closest friends are my old teammates over the years.
