Briefly summarize how your experience in intercollegiate athletics helped prepare you for the real world: I really enjoyed my years as a student-athlete at the former "University of Southern Colorado." My volleyball experience was great and because of that I started my coaching career at USC as well. I had a great mentor in my volleyball coach who instilled the passion for the game and the love of teaching the game to others. That passion is what drives me today to be the best volleyball coach I can be.

What are some major post-collegiate accomplishments you'd like to share with us? I was the asst. coach at USC (now CSU-P) when I graduated and then moved to San Angelo, TX, where I was the Asst. Volleyball Coach. I received my masters degree from Ft. Hays State in Liberal Studies in Health & Human Performance. I then became Head Volleyball Coach at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City. OKCU had not had volleyball for many years and I was able to revive the program and start from the ground up. The 2008 season will be my 3rd season at OKCU, after 2 very successful seasons! Our first season we were 26 wins/8 losses; second season - 34 wins/10 losses! In three years we have been very successful and we continue to improve and seek a National Championship!
