CSU-Pueblo rolls out mobile athletics website

Get quick access to Pack Athletics on the run with ThunderWolves Mobile.


PUEBLO, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Jan. 5, 2011) - Need a CSU-Pueblo Athletics app for all your Pack news?  Get the next best thing with ThunderWolves Mobile, which takes the GoThunderWolves.com website and acts like an app on your iPhone, Droid or Blackberry smartphone.

ThunderWolves Mobile takes nearly every bit of information on GoThunderWolves.com, beginning first and foremost with upcoming games from your favorite Pack sports, and presents it in an easy to digest way, allowing you to quickly get view live stats and audio of games in progress, as well as get the results on previous games and see info on upcoming contests.

Other parts of the website, chiefly each sport's page, including athlete profiles, stats, and more, are all easily available through the mobile website.

To view ThunderWolves Mobile on your smartphone, simply open your phone's browser to www.GoThunderWolves.com.  If the web version of the website shows up by default, simply browse to the bottom of the page and click the link that asks whether you want to view the mobile or desktop version of the website.

If you are an iPhone or Droid user, you can also tell your phone to create an icon on your home screen, so you can easily access ThunderWolves news just like you do an app!

iPhone Users: Browse to GoThunderWolves.com, and click + and select "Add to Home Screen".  Click "Add" to accept the suggested name, and a GoThunderWolves.com icon will appear on your home screen, just like an app!

Droid Users: Browse to GoThunderWolves.com and press the "menu" or similar button on your phone.  Click "Add Bookmark".  Then go back to your home screen and click on an open spot and hold for a second or two.  A screen will pop up and you will click "Shortcut".  Then click "Bookmark".  It will show a list of all websites that had been bookmarked by your phone's browser app.  Click the GoThunderWolves.com bookmark and it will create an icon on your home screen.
