Walking Stick Golf Course
Colorado State University-Pueblo's men's and women's golf programs are one of the few in all of NCAA Division II to have a true "home golf course" in the Walking Stick Golf Course.
Located just east of the CSU-Pueblo campus behind the newly constructed student dorms, Walking Stick offers practice time to all CSU-Pueblo men's and women's golfers.
The 18-hole "Walking Stick" course at the Walking Stick Golf Course facility in Pueblo, Colorado features 7,147 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 72.0 and it has a slope rating of 134 on Blue grass. Designed by Arthur Hills, ASGCA, the Walking Stick golf course opened in 1991.
Walking Stick is the jewel of Pueblo's rich golf opportunities, which includes the Elmwood Golf Course, the Pueblo Country Club Golf Course, and the Desert Hawk Golf Course in Pueblo West, also a home course for the ThunderWolves' golfers.
