CSU-Pueblo P-Cards
P-Card allocations and reports are due on the 24th of each month. Your allocations must be completed by the 24th or you risk committing a P-Card violation. In addition, you must turn in receipts and your monthly P-card report to athletics administrative assistant, Kim Mueller, before the first of each month.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How does the P-Card differ from the Travel
Card?
A: In a nutshell, you use the P-Card in town and the
travel card out of town. For
specific differences between the two, view this document that
breaks down the P-Card vs. the T-Card.
Q: I'm trying to log in and allocate my purchases,
and I'm confused and don't know what the heck is going on!
A: Conduct a few troubleshooting steps before calling
and asking for help. First, make sure you are navigating the
P-Card website in the proper order by logging out and logging back
in, following the Step by Step Tutorial to allocate your
transactions. If that doesn't
work, try re-adjusting your preferences. To do that, click
the "Preferences" link on the left side of the page, and refer to
this listing of P-Card Preferences and check
the boxes the document tells you to. Press the save button at
the bottom of the page, then try again to allocate.
Q: I lost a receipt! What do I do?
A: First, contact the business where you made the
purchase and see if they can supply you with a copy of your receipt
or invoice. If you cannot secure a copy of a receipt,
you must fill out a Certificate of Lost/Unavailable
Documentation! The form replaces a receipt and
must be turned in with your other receipts when submitting your
P-Card report. (Warning: Repeated use of a
Lost Documentation form may result in the revocation of your
University P-Card). You may download a Lost Documentation form
here
Q: What is the website I need to visit to do my
P-Card report?
A: https://pvsnet.procard.com/
If you need help accessing and navigating the site, view the P-Card online tutorial here.
Q: My username/password does not work! How do
I reset it?
A: Contact the CSU-Pueblo Purchasing Office by
calling (719) 549-2772 to get your password reset. The
CSU-Pueblo Department of Athletics does not have the ability to
reset P-Card passwords.
Q: How do I make my allocations?
A: You must log in to the P-Card website (https://pvsnet.procard.com/) and
follow directions to allocate your purchases to your program's
account. Click here for a full tutorial on how to allocate your
transactions.
