CSU-Pueblo ThunderPup Club 2012-13 Registration
Fill out the form below to register for the ThunderPup Club in 2012-13!  Registration fees are just $10 per child, and includes an official ThunderPup Club t-shirt, free admission to attend all remaining ThunderPup sports clinics throughout the year, and an official ThunderPup Membership Card (free admission to all CSU-Pueblo home games)!

Registration fees will still be collected in person at the next clinic you attend.  Upon receipt of club membership fee, your child will collect his/her t-shirt and membership card.
