Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
A: The "Pack Pass" is CSU-Pueblo's all-in-one pass to CSU-Pueblo home sporting events. It allows the bearer access to any CSU-Pueblo athletic event (except basketball and football) for just $50! By attending every home athletic contest throughout the season, "Pack Pass" holders can save more than 80% off the general admission price per game. It's never too late to buy your "Pack Pass" as it is a good deal no matter what time of year you purchase! To learn more about the "Pack Pass", click here!
A: Discounted family packages are available for all CSU-Pueblo home games in all sports. Family packages are a pack of up to four tickets, which includes a maximum of two adult tickets. The Family Pack is available for $12 for any home basketball, wrestling, volleyball, baseball, softball, or soccer game while the Football Family Pack is $20! The Football Family Pack includes five "Thunder Hill Tickets." To qualify for the Football Family Pack, at least two members of your party must be 18 or under. A: Unfortunately, NCAA and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference rules prohibit us from honoring season tickets to postseason competition. We can, however, offer existing season ticket holders the first opportunity to purchase/renew their seats for postseason games. For football playoff games, it is CSU-Pueblo's policy to pre-sell tickets to existing season ticket-holders for the anticipated entirety of the CSU-Pueblo playoff run, with the value of any unused tickets being applied as the ticket holder chooses (restrictions apply). For all other sports, tickets will be sold on a general admission basis. For more clarification on this policy, contact the CSU-Pueblo Ticket Office at (719) 549-2050.
A: CSU-Pueblo students are ADMITTED FREE TO ALL CSU-PUEBLO HOME REGULAR SEASON EVENTS! Thanks to your student fees at Colorado State University-Pueblo, students never have to pay a dime to cheer on the ThunderWolves! All you have to do is present a valid CSU-Pueblo Student ID to receive your one free admission ticket.
For football games, the limits of the student section as well as overall interest in CSU-Pueblo football require us to strictly enforce the one-ticket-per-student policy. CSU-Pueblo student tickets can be picked up the week of to the game at the CSU-Pueblo Bookstore. Once student section tickets run out (approximately 900), free "Thunder Hill" tickets will be given to students. Tickets are dispersed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For all other events, your ID can be presented at the gate to receive free entry.
K-12 students (as well as any student with college ID) do not receive free admission, but will receive discounted admission to all athletic contests at the gate. For more information on sport-specific prices and discounts, click on the appropriate sport link at the top of the page.
A: Yes, faculty and staff receive the opportunity to purchase the "Thunder Pass", an exclusive offer to CSU-Pueblo Faculty and Staff only. The "Thunder Pass" is similar to the "Pack Pass," allowing entry to all soccer, wrestling, volleyball, track, baseball, and softball games PLUS "Thunder Hill" seating at football and general admission at basketball games. The "Thunder Pass" costs JUST $50 FOR AN ENTIRE SEASON and faculty/staff can purchase a maximum of four passes for family members, as well.
To get your "Thunder Pass," stop by the CSU-Pueblo Ticket Office (or call the Ticket Office at 719-549-2050), present your Staff ID, and claim your ticket to Pack Athletics!
A: Absolutely! Group seating is available for all sports and the rules are simple - the more you commit to buy, the less your per ticket cost will be. For example, if you commit to purchase more than 40 reserved tickets to any CSU-Pueblo Football game, the cost drops to $10 each (regularly priced at $15) or if you commit to at least 15 general admission basketball tickets, the cost drops to $4 each!

RESERVATIONS ARE VERY LIMITED for suites and often fill up far before the beginning of each sport's season. To secure a suite, contact CSU-Pueblo Athletic Development Director, Jeremy Capo, at (719) 549-2013 or click here to learn more.

A: Fans will be notified by mail of their chance to renew their football season tickets. Currently, fans will be given the opportunity to renew their seats at a discount if they do so prior to the Spring Football Game (which usually takes place in late April). As a courtesy, though, your seats from the previous season will be held until Sept. 1 each year. If you do not renew your seats by Sept. 1, the CSU-Pueblo Department of Athletics will consider your seats surrendered.
To request a ticket renewal form if you have not yet received it, or for a clarification of CSU-Pueblo's football season ticket renewal policy, contact the CSU-Pueblo Ticket Office at (719) 549-2050.
A: Adequate seating exists for all CSU-Pueblo athletic events, even the most popular events. In the event that a sellout is approaching or occurs, an alert will be posted on GoThunderWolves.com, as well as the Ticket Office page on GoThunderWolves.com and disseminated to the local media.
