Q: When will I get my tickets mailed to me?
A: Unlike season tickets, playoff tickets will not be mailed out due to the short turnaround time. Tickets may only be obtained in-person, or if ordered by phone or online, will be available for pickup in the CSU-Pueblo Ticket Office or at the "Will Call" booth on game day.
Q: What is the Hospitality Room and what will I get if I
purchase Hospitality Room tickets?
A: The hospitality room is a pregame meal prepared by Shamrock Brewing Company and served in the fieldhouse meeting room located on the south end of the ThunderBowl. The meal begins one and a half hours before kickoff and lasts until the start of the game. The meal features game day food such as nachos, chicken wings, ribs, and brats.
