12th Annual CSU-Pueblo Lobster Bake, presented by Major Mortgage, set for July 27




PUEBLO, Colo. (June 8, 2016) – The time is now Pack Nation! Purchase tickets to the 12th Annual Colorado State University-Pueblo Lobster Bake, presented by Major Mortgage, set for July 27 at Massari Arena. The event raises funds for CSU-Pueblo student-athlete scholarships.

The gathering of Pack Athletics friends and supporters will begin with a cocktail hour and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m., followed by a program that will feature Pack student-athletes and coaches, plus more entertaining ways to back the pack. 

Tickets are $60 per person. For $600, businesses can purchase a table of eight, which will include two CSU-Pueblo coaches, have their logo displayed on a table sign and in the program. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here or by completing the event invitation and returning it to the CSU-Pueblo Athletics Department.

The RSVP deadline is July 22. Supporters who can't attend can also make a donation by following the online registration link and clicking "Make a Gift" or filling out the brochure.

Also, CSU-Pueblo Department of Athletics and Big Bear Wine and Liquor have partnered to present the "Pick Your Paradise Raffle." 

Raffle tickets are $50 and the winner will get their choice of three exclusive getaways, each valued at more than $5,000, or the choice of $1,000 cash. 

Only 250 raffle tickets will be sold and the winner, which will be announced at the Lobster Bake, need not to be present to win.

Raffle tickets can purchased at Big Bear at 2037 S Pueblo Blvd.

The Lobster Bake, which began in 2005, not only kicks off a new season of ThunderWolves intercollegiate athletics, but helps raise funds for the Pack Club Scholarship Drive. The goal of the drive is to provide the necessary resources to ensure academic and athletic success for CSU-Pueblo's 550 student athletes, 52 athletic department staff members and 22 intercollegiate sports programs.
