GAMEDAY MEDIA SERVICES

The CSU-Pueblo Sports Information Department strives to provide members of the media with as much services as possible to aid them in their work.  On game day, those services include the dissemination of lineups, statistics, programs, Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference standings, game notes and background information (at baseball, basketball, football, softball, volleyball and soccer games) to accredited media representatives and scouts attending athletics contests.  Access to Press areas at home athletics contests are reserved for properly-credentialed individuals only.

At basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball games, boxscores are distributed to media at intermission(s) and following the game. Complete play-by-play statistics and quick statistics will be available by request.

Live statistics will also be available via an external monitor for use by radio and television broadcasters.  A monitor will be made available for all basketball games.  Live stats for football are available via an Internet connection, accessing a live stats link via the CSU-Pueblo Athletics website, www.GoThunderWolves.com

If you are a radio or television broadcaster which plans to attend volleyball, soccer, baseball or softball games, live stats via monitor will be made available via request.  Requests must be made at least one hour prior to the game's start, so proper accomodations can be made.

Telephones are available after all games, either in the Press Box (football, baseball, softball), Press Row (basketball, volleyball, wrestling) or in the Sports Information Office (all other sports) on a first-come, first, served basis. Internet is available via a hardline connection in both Massari Arena and the Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl.  Media are expected to bring their own ethernet cables for access to this service.  Fax service is also available following the game, by request.

A press conference will be organized following the conclusion of all home football games, as well as selected basketball games.  Requests for player interviews must be made to the Sports Information Director prior to the beginning of the postgame press conference.
