CSU-Pueblo Athletics to boast added online content in 2012-13 as well as online streaming of selected games, coaches' shows, social media, live statistics, and more.

PUEBLO, Colo. ( - Aug. 28, 2012) - In 2012-13, you can follow your favorite CSU-Pueblo athletics program, or all of the Pack sports, from afar and conveniently by visiting, using your smartphone and utilizing special apps, on Facebook and Twitter, and more.  In most cases, all of the new ways to follow the ThunderWolves are free.

America One Networks Live Pay-Per-View Streaming Video

As in the past, all ThunderWolves football, basketball, volleyball and wrestling events will be broadcast live via America One Networks for a fee.  Games can be viewed for $8 per game, and $30 day passes and all-sports passes are also available.  The 2012-13 season kicks off with the football team's showdown with 24th-ranked West Texas A&M on Thurs., Aug. 30.  For more information, visit or the ThunderWolves' America One Networks page at

Live Play-by-Play from KSCJ-AM, KCCY-AM and iHeartRadio

As in years' past, the voice of the ThunderWolves, Jim Brooks, will carry play-by-play of all CSU-Pueblo football games on KCSJ AM-590 as well as all CSU-Pueblo men's and women's basketball games on KCCY AM-1350.  For football broadcasts, Brooks will be joined by color commentator and Pueblo Chieftain reporter, Joe Cervi.  Broadcasts on either station will be carried on iHeartRadio, available both as an audio stream on your home computer or by downloading the iHeartRadio app on your Droid or iPhone smartphone.  For more information, visit, or

John Wristen Show, live from Andy McCarthy's at University Station

This year, the John Wristen Show will air throughout the season on I-25 News Radio (1480 AM and 93.9 FM) each Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at a new location, Andy McCarthy's Bar and Grill at University Station, located at 2149 Jerry Murphy Rd. in Pueblo (map). 

Fans can either come out to watch the show in person and ask questions, as well as enjoy the extended happy hour prices and giveaways during the show.  To listen to the show online, visit or listen through your smartphone with the TuneIn online radio app.

This season, CSU-Pueblo Athletics has expanded its Facebook presence to the largest in the conference as each of the ThunderWolves' 16 athletic programs have Facebook pages, which includes fan interaction from coaches and members of the athletic department.  You can also use it to keep abreast of all breaking news, scores and more!

If you have a favorite program, use the links from the CSU-Pueblo Athletics Facebook Page or simply search for "CSU-Pueblo Football", for example, and like the "official pages" of your favorite Pack Athletics programs.  Once you follow your favorite program, vote on weekly Facebook Player of the Week polls while that team is in-season.  The winning student-athlete will be featured on the Facebook cover photo for that sport during the week.
