COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - March 20, 2012) - CSU-Pueblo junior hurler Jeremiah Struble (Jr., Divide, Colo.) has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week, the RMAC announced Tuesday.

Struble struck out a career-high 11 on March 17 in an 8-1 win against Metro State. He pitched a complete seven-inning game and did not allow a single earned run while fanning 11 batters and walking only one.

Struble is the second ThunderWolf to earn RMAC Pitcher of the Week honors this season, joining teammate Mike Fabrizio (So., Pueblo, Colo.), who earned Pitcher of the Week honors during the first week of the season.

Struble and the ThunderWolves will be in for a battle this weekend as it closes out an eight-game home stand with a four-game series with the RMAC-leading New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.
