ThunderPups take the Basketball court and Baseball field this week

PUEBLO,  Colo. (January 23, 2017) The Colorado State University-Pueblo Department of Athletics will be holding two ThunderPup Youth clinics in the coming week. The Baseball/softball Thunderpup event will be held Saturday, while the basketball event will take place Monday Jan. 30.

Saturday's ThunderPup clinic will be held at the baseball/softball academy in the Livestock Pavilion at the Colorado State Fairgrounds. The event will begin at 10 a.m. and  run to 11:30 a.m. Head Coaches Christie Koschke and Stan Sanchez as well as their respective teams will be on hand to provide instruction and guide the ThunderPups through activities.

Monday Jan. 30 will offer the ThunderPups a chance to increase their hoops skills with a basketball clinic at Massari Arena from 5:30 p.m.  to 6:30 p.m. The No. 6 ranked CSU-Pueblo Women's Basketball team and the Pack men's team will help teach kids the Pack way to play the game.
