Travis Humphrey is entering his first season as the top assistant for the CSU-Pueblo baseball team and seventh season as an assistant with the baseball program.

Humphrey was a volunteer assistant with the program from 2004 to 2009, helping guide the ThunderWolves to three NCAA Division II Regional Tournament appearances and two RMAC titles (2004, 2009).  In 2004, CSU-Pueblo reached ranking of second in the nation, the highest ranking ever in the history of the program.

As the lead assistant, he mentors pitchers, catchers and is the team's recruiting coordinator.

A CSU-Pueblo alum, Humphrey played two seasons for the ThunderWolves and helped the club to back-to-back appearances in the NCAA Division II Regional Playoffs.

Humphrey recieved his education degree from Colorado State-Pueblo in 2003.
