CSU-Pueblo Baseball Christmas Camp

The CSU-Pueblo Baseball Program is proud to offer an opportunity for kids of all ages to improve their baseball skills.  With the excitement of CSUP baseball being recognized as one of the top collegiate baseball programs in the country, it is only fitting that a high level baseball camp is offered to the youth in the Southern Colorado region.  The Christmas Camp is an energized Wolf Pack approach to quality instruction in a positive learning environment aimed at enhancing each student's baseball development.  The baseball program at CSU-Pueblo encourages you to take full advantage of this exciting baseball opportunity and learn how to play the "Wolf Way."

Camp Format:
The latest teaching techniques are utilized as the mechanical problems of each student are analyzed and suggestions made for improvement.  Each student will receive instruction in all phases of the game.  Students will be split up by age groups for individualized instruction.

Individualized Instriction will take place in the following areas:
Special Drills, Outfield Fundamentals, Vision Dynamics, Strength & Conditioning Program, Motivational Aspects, Pitching Mechanics and Strategies, Postive Mental Approach, Proper Warm-Up Methods, Latest Hitting Techniques, Infield Fundamentals, Catching Fundamentals, Game Situations.

Facilities:
The CSU-Pueblo Baseball Christmas Camp will be held at the CSUP Baseball Indoor Academy, which features 5 full-quality batting cages, 4 portable pitching mounds, and infield base-running areas.

Information:
Dates and Times: Dec. 22, 23 and 24 (Mon. thru Wed.), 9 a.m. to noon daily.
Ages: 6-16 years of age (no high school seniors)
Place: CSU-Pueblo Baseball Academy, located at the Colorado State Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion
Tuition: $75 per camper.  Groups of five gets $10 off.  Same family members get $10 off.  Team Rates are available.
