2010 football schedule released

PUEBLO - The Colorado State University-Pueblo Department of Athletics has released its 2010 football schedule.  The schedule will include 11 games, with the home opener taking place Saturday, Sept. 4 when the ThunderWolves host NAIA power Northwestern Oklahoma State at 6 p.m. at the Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl.

The release of the Pack's 2010 schedule was delayed due to pending legislation by the NCAA, which required that the football season begin a week later in 2010.  As a result, all Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games have been pushed back a week, and CSU-Pueblo will have an open date on Sept. 11.
