WACO, Texas (September 21, 2015) – The Colorado State University-Pueblo football team moved up to No. 10 in the American Football Coaches Association NCAA Division II poll, released Monday.
The ThunderWolves (2-1, 1-0 RMAC) were ranked No. 13, but moved back up into the top 10 after a 20-10 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference victory against visiting Western State Colorado University.
Minnesota State University, Mankato remained the No. 1 team in the poll, while the ThunderWolves' semifinal opponent a season ago, University of West Georgia, was No. 2 for the second straight week.
The ThunderWolves remain at home Sept. 26 for an RMAC battle with Western New Mexico University. The contest is set for a 2 p.m. kickoff at Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl.
The game serves as Military Appreciation Day and all active and retired military with ID can pick up a free ticket and purchase up to three tickets for family members at a 50 percent discount. Tickets can be purchased at the Massari Ticket Office from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday or at the ThunderBowl Ticket Office 12-5 p.m. Friday or two hours before game time.
