Former University of Northern Colorado tight end Samuel Sewell
is entering his second season as the ThunderWolves’ tight
ends coach.
In his first season helming the Pack’s tight ends unit,
starting tight end Koby Wittek became the program’s first
ever All-American tight end. Additionally, Pack tight ends
accounted for nearly a quarter of all passes caught in 2011.
As a tight end at Northern Colorado, Sewell played in nearly
every game during his four seasons with the Bears, seeing action in
42 out of 44 games from 2007-10.
Son of CSU-Pueblo assistant coach and former Denver Bronco,
Steve Sewell, the Aurora, Colo. native resides in Pueblo.
