Fan Appreciation: Dec. 12 basketball vs. UCCS is free!

Colorado State University-Pueblo knows it has the best fans, and to show its gratitude, the ThunderWolves will dedicate Saturday, Dec. 12 as Fan Appreciation Night.

CSU-Pueblo wants every fan to know how much it appreciates the support they give the ThunderWolf student-athletes and will honor fans with free admission to the Dec. 12 men's and women's basketball contests against UC-Colorado Springs.  The ThunderWolf women play at 6 p.m. and the men will tip off at 8 p.m. against the Mountain Lions.  Doors open at 5 p.m.

In conjunction with the games, CSU-Pueblo is requesting that fans also bring new toys or gift wrapping supplies to benefit the 4th Annual Holiday Blessings Store.  The ThunderWolves along with a combined effort by local assistance agencies in Pueblo are responding to the enormous unmet need around the holidays of gifts for children. Unwrapped new toys for kids ages three to 12 are being accepted. Toys will be separated by age for distribution to local children in need. Wrapping supplies including tape, scissors, wrapping paper and gift bags are also needed.

Come out and "Bring the Thunder" to Massari Arena and support a good cause during Fan Appreciation night!
