ThunderWolves to host "Red Out" Fri., "Heroes Night" Sat.

Join the ThunderWolves as they begin their RMAC schedules with two huge games against in-state rivals Adams State, Fort Lewis.


PUEBLO, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Nov. 29, 2010) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo basketball teams will host a “Red Out” and honor “everyday heroes” in conjunction with this weekend’s conference home openers. 

Come out to the CSU-Pueblo basketball games Friday, December 3, against Adams State College and wear your CSU-Pueblo red with pride.  The women play at 6 p.m. and the men tipoff at 8 p.m. against the Grizzlies.  Doors open at 5 p.m. Fans are encouraged to participate in the “RED OUT” by wearing a red t-shirt to the game.  Each fan who wears red will receive a $3 general admission ticket to cheer on the Pack! The first 200 fans will also receive a free Official RED OUT t-shirt as they enter for the game.

Everyday Heroes Night is scheduled for Saturday, December 4, when the teams host Ft. Lewis College at Massari Arena.  The women play at 6 p.m. and the men tipoff at 8 p.m. against the Skyhawks.  Doors open at 5 p.m.  $1 general admission tickets are being offered to retired and active military, law enforcement officers, educators, nurses, emergency medical technicians and paramedics.  The offer is good for up to four tickets and can be received by showing a valid ID, name badge or by calling Niki Whitaker at 719-549-2021 to register.  Tickets are subject to availability.

Come out and “Bring the Thunder” to Massari Arena while supporting your local collegiate athletes!
