ThunderWolves get past Kearney
[12/12/08] - Rome Smith (Sr., Denver, Colo.) scored 24 points and Jake Trahern (Sr., Kit Carson, Colo.) broke out in style at Massari Arena on Friday as the CSU-Pueblo ThunderWolves men’s basketball team scooted past the Nebraska-Kearney Lopers 75-69 in the RMAC opener for both teams. The men raised their record to 3-5 with the victory.

ThunderWolves falter late, lose to Falcons
[12/6/08] - Just like he did against Regis on Friday, Chris Banchero took over late and led his team to victory. The sophomore standout from Seattle Pacific University finished with 23 points, and did much of his damage in the second half in the Falcons’ 73-60 victory over Colorado State University-Pueblo on Saturday. Dwayne Wright (Jr., Seattle, Wash.) watched his last gasp, three-quarter-court shot clank off the backboard, culminating a frantic finish to an action packed game.
