Results: RMAC Men's Golf Championships

PHOENIX, Ariz. - A strong +3 75 in the final round of the RMAC Championships in Phoenix, Ariz. Tuesday put senior David Duarte (Sr., Fountain, Colo.) in the top 15 at the fourth and final RMAC golf event of the season.

Despie Duarte's performance, the ThunderWolves finished a disappointing 11th in the 15-team tournament, which included all-RMAC teams as well as seven schools from the RMAC's regional partner, the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.

The Pack's team mark took a hit from a tough third round output by Brandon McCoy (Jr., Colorado Springs, Colo.), who eight strokes from the second to the third round, dropping from 11th place after the first round to 26th after the end of the third round. Chad Novak (Fr., Pueblo, Colo.), who was largely impressive for most of the tournament, suffered a hit in the first round, putting up uncharacteristic 87 before shooting a 74 and 76 over the final two rounds.  He finished 35th overall.
