ThunderWolves debut at 22nd in Golfstat rankings

Golf team is second ThunderWolf squad to enjoy Top 25 ranking.

PUEBLO, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Sept. 28, 2011) - CSU-Pueblo is moving up in the national spotlight, debuting at 22nd in the GolfStat Division II rankings, released Wednesday.

The ThunderWolves are one of just three Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference teams in the Top 25. UC-Colorado Springs are ranked eighth while Colorado School of Mines is 20th.

The golf squad are the second CSU-Pueblo program this fall to earn a Top 25 national ranking, joining the CSU-Pueblo football team, which has been ranked all season long.
