Pack's Martinet, Forakis named to RMAC All-Academic Team
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference
has announced that CSU-Pueblo senior forward, Trevor Martinet, was
a unanimous first team selection to the RMAC All-Academic Team.
Another Pack player, sophomore midfielder Austin Forakis, was
honored, as well, as a second team all-academic selection.
Martinet, who has been one of the ThunderWolves' top offensive
threats, logging two goals, one assist, and one game-winning goal
in 10 games this season, balanced his athletic accomplishments with
a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the classroom. Martinet, a
graduate of Pueblo County High School in Pueblo, Colo., is
currently majoring in business. He was also the only RMAC men's
soccer player who boasts a 4.0 GPA.
Forakis, boasted a 3.26 GPA while playing in 12 games for the Pack,
scoring one goal and registering one assist. A graduate of Copper
Hills HS in West Jordan, Utah, Forakis is a business major, as
well.
