Pack's Kinsey named RMAC Player of the Week
CSU-Pueblo redshirt freshman, Robert Kinsey, fresh off of scoring four goals in one game against Newman University Sunday, has been named the RMAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.
By scoring four goals, Kinsey became just the second player in CSU-Pueblo history to net four scores in a single game (Ryan Billiet accomplished the feat in 1998). He also became just the eighth player in RMAC history to score four or more goals in a game.
Kinsey is the first CSU-Pueblo athlete to have been named an RMAC athlete of the week this season. The last men's soccer player to receive the honor was Arturo Moranchel, who received the defensive player of the week honor last season.
