KANSAS CITY, Mo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Dec. 1, 2011) - CSU-Pueblo senior midfielder Robert Kinsey (Sr., Denver, Colo.) accomplished another first in the history of the CSU-Pueblo men's soccer program, this time becoming the program's first All-American.

Kinsey received honorable mention All-American status on the Daktronics All-America team, announced Thursday.

Kinsey, who graduated as the program's leading goal-scorer and points leader, has been an all-region selection each season since his freshman year.  The 2008 RMAC Freshman of the Year, he has played both forward and midfield for the Pack, leading the ThunderWolves to the RMAC Playoffs three times.

Kinsey is the first ThunderWolf of any sport to receive All-American honors this school year.  The last ThunderWolf student-athlete to earn All-American honors was last year, when track standout Danita Wyatt was named an All-American.
