COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (November 2, 2016) - Three players of the Colorado State University-Pueblo men's soccer team received postseason recognition as Zach Davis (Tucson, Ariz.), Connor Marth (Tulsa, Okla.) and Lucas Rodriguez (Bogota, Colombia) each were named to All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Honorable Mention list announced by league officials.
Davis played in sixteen games at the center back position for CSU-Pueblo. He helped lead the Pack defense in three shutouts this season and holding the opposition to 0.163 shot percentage.
Davis was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 6) after leading the Pack to a 2-0 week to begin the season.
Marth led the ThunderWolves with six assists tallied in eighteen games played. The 5-foot-9 defender scored one goal, earning eight points this season. Marth fired seventeen shots.
Rodriguez earned his first postseason accolade playing in eighteen games and scoring one goal on six shot attempts. He earned his second career RMAC Defensive Player of the Week honor, Oct. 11, leading CSU-Pueblo in two shutout wins on the road.
CSU-Pueblo ended its season Sunday at Colorado Christian. The Pack came away with a 3-2 victory over the Cougars.
