COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Jan. 27, 2011) - CSU-Pueblo's top singles players, Anthony Breitenbach (So., Tigard, Ore.) and Morgan Forsyth (Jr., Parker, Colo.) each received Preseason All-RMAC honors in the conference's preseason tennis poll, released Wednesday.
Breitenbach established himself as a legitimate number-one after playing to the semifinals in the ITA Central Regional Championships last fall.
Forsyth lost out to the RMAC's Preseason Player of the Year in the ITA Regional Semifinals, Colorado Christian's Amy Andersen, and threatened for a regional doubles title, as well, making it to the quarterfinals alongside doubles partner, Andrea Ortiz (Jr., Pueblo, Colo.).
The Pack tennis teams, though, weren't as lucky. The Pack men were picked to finish fifth in the seven-team standings, while the women were selected to finish sixth out of seven teams.
