Mustangs run away from ThunderWolves

SILVER CITY, N.M.-(GoThunderWolves.com-April 2, 2012)-  In probably their biggest test on the season, the CSU-Pueblo Men's Tennis team found themselves on the loosing end against RMAC powerhouse Western New Mexico in Silver City, N.M.  Even with playing some of their best tennis to date, the Pack got swept  by one of the nations top Division II programs, nine games to none.

In probably the best match of the day for the TunderWolves, Saul Shrom (So., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) pushed his opponent to tie-break in both sets (7-6, 7-6) but still was unable to get the win.

The Pack returns to road next weekend, April 6-7, when they travel to Grand Junction, Colo., to take on four teams over the two days.  Play starts Friday on the Colorado Mesa campus.
