ThunderWolves enter national rankings

CSU-Pueblo made its first appearance in the NFCA Division II National Rankings since 2002 when it "received votes" in the latest NFCA Top 25 Wednesday.

The ThunderWolves received 20 votes, essentially ranking them 30th in the country.  CSU-Pueblo, now at 12-3, is off to its best start since 2000.  This weekend, CSU-Pueblo will face Metro State, which was ranked 8th in the nation in the latest NFCA poll, with a top 25 ranking for the ThunderWolves likely on the line.

The last time CSU-Pueblo appeared in the NFCA Top 25 was in 2002, when it opened the season 25th in the nation a season removed from its 52-14 RMAC Championship season in 2001.
