2014 Outdoor (Sophomore): Had another strong season, highlighted by a third place finish and Second Team All-RMAC accolades in the 400 meters... Posted a career-best time of 57.18 in the preliminaries before running a time of 57.54 in the finals... Ended up fourth on the RMAC's season-long performance list with a altitude-adjusted time of 57.39... Also helped the Pack score points in both the 4X100 and 4X400-meter relays at the RMAC Championships... Ran the second leg on the Pack's school-record 4X400-meter relay team that finished in 3:53.97 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (Apr. 18)... Claimed her first collegiate individual victory with a time of 58.24 in the 400 at the CSU-Pueblo Open... Also had season-best times of 12.68 and 25.92 in the 100 and 200-meter dashes at the West Texas A&M Open (Apr. 12).

2013-14 Indoor (Sophomore): Specialised in the 400-meter and relay events... Took third place in the 400 meters at the RMAC Championships with a personal-record time of 57.91 to garner Second Team All-RMAC honors... Was ranked fourth on the conference's season-long performance list with that altitude-adjusted mark of 58.12... Also helped the Pack set new school-records of 3:59.81 (4x400m), 4:02.88 (Mile) and 12:53.50 (DMR) in relay events throughout the regular season... Ran the second leg on each of those squads... Helped the Pack take seventh in the 4X400-meter relay at the RMAC Championships... Also contested the 60 and 200-meter dashes as the Adams State NCAA Qualifier (Feb. 15), posting times of 8.27 and 26.62... Had run the 800 at the Adams State Early Bird Open (Dec. 7) to begin her 8-meet season, posting a time of 2:30.96... 

2013 Outdoor (Freshman): Earned her first career All-RMAC honor with a sixth-place and then personal-best time of 58.36 in the 400-meter dash at the RMAC Championships... That altitude-adjusted time of 58.47 ranked her sixth on the conference's seaslon-long performance list... Also competed in the 200 at the RMAC Championships, taking 16th after setting a season-best time of 26.14 a week earlier at the Colorado Mines Pre-Conference Open... Helped the Pack finish fifth in the 4X400-meter relay at the RMAC Championships with a time of 3:59.91.

2012-13 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the 200, 300 and 400-meter events as well as the 4X400-meter relay... Took eighth in the 400 at the RMAC Championships with a time of 1:00.44... Had a season-best of 59.83 earlier in the year at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic... Was ranked ninth on the conference's season-long performance list with a altitude and track-size adjusted time of 59.30, set at the RMAC Championships... Had a best of 27.25 in the 200 at the Air Force Invitational (Jan. 24-26)... Took second in that event at the CSM Twilight Collegiate Open... Recorded a time of 43.35 in her lone 300-meter race and collegiate track & field debut at the Air Force Holiday Open (Dec. 7), the first of her seven meets.

High School: Runner-up in the 400-meter dash at the Colorado State Championships during her junior and senior seasons at Cripple Creek-Victor HS in Cripple Creek, Colo... Set school-records in four different track & field events, including the 200m (27.0), 400 (58.31), high jump (5'2") and medley relay... Captain of the track and field team for three seasons ... Competed in volleyball, basketball, track and field and cheerleading for the Pioneers... Coached by Jason Willems and Jill McCracken.
