Black named RMAC Player of the Week



COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has announced that Lindsay Black has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Western Division Player of the Week.

In a trip to Nebraska to take on Nebraska-Kearney and Chadron State, Black showed consistency both offensively and defensively. Against Nebraska-Kearney, Black scored 18 points and took down nine rebounds, recording four assists and two blocks, as well. In a win over Chadron State, Black added 14 points, raising her average for the weekend to 16 points per game.

Black was previously honored by the RMAC last season as its player of the week after averaging 17 points per game in wins over Mesa State and Fort Lewis Feb. 2 and 3.
