Madrid leads the Pack at Regis Invite



LAKEWOOD, Colo. - CSU-Pueblo senior Nicole Madrid finished 16th with a +25 169, leading all ThunderWolf golfers at the Regis University Invite, held at the Fox Hollow Golf Course Monday and Tuesday.

Madrid fell off a bit after shooting a 79 in the opening round, following it up with a 90 in the second round. The ThunderWolves unfortunately finished tenth out of ten teams at the tournament.

Madrid was joined by teammates Jordan Dew (38th), Callie Young (39th), Crystal Samples (41st) and Jamie Patrick (45th).
