ThunderWolves tied for 10th after round one of WT Desert Invite


TUCSON, Ariz. (April 3, 2017) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's golf team sits tied for 10th after the first round of the West Texas A&M University Desert Invite Monday in Tucson, Arizona.

The ThunderWolves are +40 (328) through 18 and day one at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon to sit tied for 10th in the field of 16.

Senior Jacquelyn Porman (Gilbert, Ariz.) leads the Pack with an eight-over 80 to sit tied for 38th. Sophomore Tori Goodman (Peyton, Colo.) shot an 81 (+9) to rank tied for 42nd of 85 golfers.

The second and final round is set for Tuesday at 9 a.m. MST.


As a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, Colorado State University – Pueblo competes in 22 varsity sports in NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics.
