CSU-Pueblo's wrestling squad made its move up the wrestling rankings Monday when it debuted at 7th in the NCWA West Regional rankings.  The ThunderWolves also saw six wrestlers be ranked in the region's top six at their weight.

CSU-Pueblo is ranked ahead of conference foes Mesa State, New Mexico Highlands, Grand Canyon and Chadron State.  CSU-Pueblo, now 1-0 in RMAC play, defeated Highlands in its RMAC opener Dec. 3.

Of the T-Wolf individuals ranked, two, Treven Delaune (Fr., Marrero, La.) at 125s and Tony Chavarria (So., Pueblo West, Colo.) at 197s earned regional rankings of third.  Also receiving rankings were Quinn Donnell (Sr., Jack Canyon, Colo.) (6th, 157), Justin Grant (Sr., Winnemucca, Nev.) (5th, 174), Moises Alcala (Fr., Denver, Colo.) (5th, Hwt.) and Louie DeSantis (Sr., Escondido, Calif.) (4th, 149).  Both DeSantis and Donnell received rankings at their weights despite not having wrestled at that weight so far this season.
