Grant named Academic All-RMAC

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - March 27, 2012) - CSU-Pueblo sophomore 174-pounder, Trevor Grant (So., Winnemucca, Nev.), has earned Academic All-RMAC distinction as a first-team academic all-conference selection, the RMAC announced Tuesday.

Grant, who qualified for the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships, held this year on his home floor at CSU-Pueblo's Massari Arena, finished one win away from an All-American honor. A biology major, Grant carries a 3.41 grade-point-average.

Also, as a redshirt freshman in 2011, he was named an Academic All-American by the NCAA Division II Wrestling Coaches' Association.
