INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (GoThunderWolves.com - Dec. 11, 2013) - Colorado State University-Pueblo has been selected as the host of the 2015 NCAA Division II Wrestling Regionals, the NCAA announced Wednesday.

CSU-Pueblo, which has recently hosted national championship events for wrestling (2012) and outdoor track and field (2012 and 2013) will host its next NCAA event in 2015 with the Super Region 4 Wrestling Championships, taking place from Feb. 27 to March 2, 2015 at Massari Arena in Pueblo.

In addition to the event determining the qualifiers to the 2015 NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships, to be held that year in St. Louis, Mo., it will also serve as the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Wrestling Championships.

"We are excited and honored to host the 2015 Super Region 4 Wrestling Championships," CSU-Pueblo Director of Athletics Joe Folda said.  "Our last wrestling championship (in 2012) was a huge success and our University and community is committed to putting on another first class championship event for the NCAA."

CSU-Pueblo was one of 523 championship sites announced over the next five years for all divisions of the NCAA Championships.  For a full list of championship sites announced today, visit http://www.ncaa.com/news/ncaa/article/2013-12-11/2014-18-ncaa-championship-sites
