CSU-Pueblo’s Warmack named to CoSIDA All-Academic team

PUEBLO, Colo. - CSU-Pueblo sophomore midfielder, Erica Warmack, was again recognized for balancing her tenacious play on the field with her exemplary work in the classroom, named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) District 7 all-academic team.

Warmack, a nursing major who balances a 3.98 grade point average with a high offensive output on the soccer field, currently second on the team in goals, points, and first in assists, was named as first-team selection to the team, one of four midfielders to be included on the team.

Warmack was one of just three Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference players to be included on the team. District 7 includes Division II colleges and universities spanning from Missouri west to Colorado.

Earlier this season, Warmack was also recognized as the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference academic player of the year.

Warmack will now be considered as a CoSIDA academic all-American. If selected, Warmack would become the ninth CoSIDA academic all-American in CSU-Pueblo history.
