CSU-Pueblo concludes home stand against Western State and UCCS

PUEBLO, Colo. – The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer return to action Friday at home versus Western State Colorado University in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference matchup. Sunday the ThunderWolves will entertain No. 20 University of Colorado Colorado Springs, both games at the Art & Lorraine Gonzales Soccer Stadium.

CSU-Pueblo (3-2-0) went 1-1 in the first week of conference play. Friday the Pack fell 3-0 versus Fort Lewis, bouncing back with a 2-0 win against Adams State Sunday.

Sunday's offense came from Amanda Jorgensen (Sr., F, Wailuku, Hawai'i) and Tanna Duling (So., D, Pueblo, Colo.), each scoring their first goal of the season.

For the weekend, Pack goalkeeper Alison Darr (Jr., Placerville, Calif.) made five saves on sixteen shots by the opposition.

Against Western State, the ThunderWolves are 14-19-6 all time including 1-8-1 in the last ten meetings.

CSU-Pueblo has gone 14-5-2 versus Adams State all time including 5-4-1 in the last ten games.
