PUEBLO, Colo. (October 30, 2016) – The No. 24 Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team earned the second-seed of a six-team Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament and host seventh-seeded Fort Lewis College Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Art & Lorraine Gonzales Soccer Stadium.
Three other quarterfinal matches will take place Wednesday with the semifinals and finals at the site of the highest remaining seed Friday and Sunday, respectively.
The Pack (12-3-1) earned the matchup with Fort Lewis after playing to a scoreless draw at Western State Sunday in the final game of the regular season.
In one game earlier this season, the ThunderWolves fell 3-2 in overtime at FLC.
Colorado School of Mines is the top-seed and host 8-seed Western State. In other matchups, No. 4 Colorado Mesa host 5-seed MSU Denver and three-seed Regis entertains six-seed Colorado Christian.
Tickets for the quarterfinal match will be sold 90 minutes before kickoff at Gonzales Stadium. The first 200 CSU-Pueblo students to the pitch with a valid student I.D. will be admitted in to the game free of charge.
Ticket prices for quarterfinal matches are:
Adults (Ages 23 and up): $10.00
Seniors (Ages 65 and up): $5.00
Students (w/valid I.D.): $5.00
Children (Ages 6-12): $5.00
Children 5 & Under: Free
