Pack return home for matches against Midwestern State and Fort Hays State

PUEBLO, Colo. (September 6, 2018) – The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team returns home for week two of the regular season and will face Midwestern State Friday and Fort Hays State Sunday in a pair of nonconference matches at Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium.

Fresh off a 2-0 start to begin the season, scoring wins at West Texas A&M (2-0) and Lubbock Christian (2-1), the ThunderWolves will look stretch the win streak and wrap nonconference play.

Friday in the season opener, seniors Michelle Moure (Peyton, Colo.) and Laikyn Koss (Riverside, Calif.) each tallied scores in the win.

In game two of the Texas-swing at LCU, the ThunderWolves received goals from Karley Whiteman (Sr., Alta Loma, Calif.) and Mackenzie Bean (Sr., Bothell, Wash.). In the match Moure was credited with an assist on both goals.

In Sight for the Pack

The ThunderWolves travel up I-25 for games at UCCS (Sept. 14th, 7 p.m.) and MSU Denver (Sept. 16th, 2:30 p.m.).
