CSU-Pueblo '98

Samantha Hitchcock is in her first year as CSU-Pueblo women's soccer assistant coach, with special focus on coaching goalkeepers. She is also a probation officer in the 10th judicial district, in the specialized domestic violence unit.

Samantha is a big part of CSU-Pueblo's soccer history, currently holding the record for most assists in a season (11 in 1997) and a career (22). She was on the most winningest team in CSU-Pueblo history, which won 12 games in 1997, a record that will likely be matched or bested by the 2007 team. She is also fourth on the ThunderWolves' all-time points list with 40. Additionally, Samantha won the Jessie F. Banks Outstanding Senior Athlete Award in 1998-99.

Originally from Pocatello, Idaho, Samantha has lived in Pueblo ever since coming to then-University of Southern Colorado in 1995. Her hobbies include mountain biking, camping and hiking. She has been a staff coach for the Pueblo Rangers club soccer team since 1997.
