Pack's season ends vs. Kearney

Nebraska-Kearney 9, CSU-Pueblo 0

DENVER, Colo. - The CSU-Pueblo women's tennis team's season ended Friday as the ThunderWolves dropped a 9-0 decision to Nebraska-Kearney in the first round of the RMAC Tournament.

The ThunderWolves lost to Kearney for the second time this season, as No. 1 singles player Julie Wainwright (Sr., Aurora, Colo.) offered the biggest threat for a CSU-Pueblo win.

Wainwright was on the short end of a tiebreaker loss to one of the RMAC's top players, Kearney's Katie-Mary Outhwaite, who won 6-7, 6-2, 10-6.

The CSU-Pueblo women's tennis squad, a young team for all intents and purposes, is losing on two seniors from its starting six, Wainwright and Tiffany Talmadge (Sr., Aurora, Colo.)
