NEW ORLEANS, La. (GoThunderWolves.com - Jan. 24, 2012) - For the first time since resurrecting the program in 2008, CSU-Pueblo is ranked in the Division II Indoor Track & Field Top 25, the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association announced Tuesday.

The ThunderWolves weighed in at 23rd in the nation, jumping 15 spots in the rankings, by far the highest jump of any program in the rankings.  The Pack is one of five RMAC teams ranked in the top 25, behind Adams State (3), Western State (7), New Mexico Highlands (15), and one spot ahead of UC-Colorado Springs (23).

The ThunderWolves will try to improve its standing this weekend when it travels to Golden for the Joe Davies Invitational at Colorado School of Mines.
