ThunderWolves rise to #22 in national rankings

Pack climbs one spot over previous week.

NEW ORLEANS, La. (GoThunderWolves.com - Feb. 8, 2012) - CSU-Pueblo rose one spot to 22nd in the country in the latest USTFCCCA national indoor track and field rankings.

The ThunderWolves, ranked 23rd in back-to-back weeks, climbed one spot to 22nd after two teams ranked ahead of them, Wayne State (Neb.) and Augustana (S.D.) each dropped out of the rankings.

CSU-Pueblo is one of four Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference squads ranked in the national top 25, alongside Adams State (#3), Western State (#7), and New Mexico Highlands (#9).

This week, CSU-Pueblo will try to climb higher in the rankings as it travels to the Air Force Invitational.
