Wyatt named Top Athlete at RMAC Championships
Pack senior becomes first ThunderWolf to be named the Top Athlete at the RMAC Championships.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - May 9, 2012) - CSU-Pueblo's Danita Wyatt (Sr., Aurora, Colo.) earned the high honor of being named the RMAC Top Female Athlete at the RMAC Championships, the RMAC announced Wednesday.
Wyatt claimed the 2012 RMAC heptathlon title, registering a school record of 4,768 points, which qualified her provisionally to nationals. She also scored points in five other events, including the triple jump, in which she broke a school record with a 41 foot, 2-1/2 inch jump, automatically qualifying for nationals.
In total, Wyatt scored 31 points by herself for the ThunderWolves at the RMAC Championships.
She becomes the first ThunderWolf to be named the RMAC's Top Athlete of the Meet in the history of the program.
