The 2010 CSU-Pueblo Banana Belt Classic was a great success, attracting over 700 high school track and field athletes from area high schools. The meet took place at the Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl on Saturday, March 6.

Second-year program makes major strides

Despite the fact that it was announced Wednesday that CSU-Pueblo's provisional national qualifiers would not be included in the National Indoor Championships next weekend, the ThunderWolves exit the 2009-10 Indoor season with lots of bright spots for second-year program.

CSU-Pueblo had a strong final day of competition to close out the 2010 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Indoor Championship, seeing two jumpers record provisional-qualifying marks en route to finishing sixth in the conference.
