Pack Speed Development Camp coming in June

The CSU-Pueblo Women's Track and Field Program will be holding a speed development camp throughout the month of June and first week of July, open to boys and girls ages 5-18.
Colorado State University-Pueblo Speed Development Camp will help instruct the mechanics for running, mobility, and flexibility; weight training and speed development; elastic strength, speed strength, lateral speed, backward speed. All will benefit athletes in the following sports: Track & Field, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Soccer.
The camp will be taking place on Wednesday and Thursdays starting June 4 and 5 at the Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl on the CSU-Pueblo campus. The camp will run all day, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Campers are asked to bring water bottles and a sack lunch.
The cost is $100 per two-day session, which includes a camp T-shirt. A $25 discount will be deducted from the camp fee is registered before June 1.
