COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Sept. 12, 2011) - CSU-Pueblo's Bernadette Pitre (Sr., Clifton, Colo.) and Kacy Griffin (So., Houston, Tex.) were each tabbed as RMAC Players of the Week, the RMAC announced Monday.

Pitre was named to the Dallas Baptist Lady Patriot Classic All Tournament team after she helped the Pack go 3-1 at the tournament with 48 kills and a .420 hitting percentage. An all-tournament selection for the second straight weekend, she recorded three matches of double digit kills. Pitre is currently the RMAC leader in hit percentage with .430.

Griffin averaged 11.85 assists at the Dallas Baptist Classic this past weekend. She notched a weekend high 45 in a 3-1 loss to East Central, and then finished the Classic with 42 assists in a sweep over Dallas Baptist. She is currently third in the RMAC in assists.

CSU-Pueblo will begin its home RMAC schedule this week, starting Thursday when it hosts Colorado School of Mines.
